Lego Alphabet Match

Ready to build letters with Lego? The Lego Alphabet Match activity is a fun and interactive way for children to practice letter recognition, phonics, and fine motor skills using colorful Lego blocks to create and match letters.
 

In this activity, children will use Lego blocks (either standard or Lego letters if available) to form the letters of the alphabet. They will start by selecting a letter (such as A, B, or C) and build it using the Lego pieces. Once the child has built a letter, they will match it to the corresponding letter card or flashcard that has the same letter printed on it. To make it more challenging, you can introduce both uppercase and lowercase letters for them to match.
 

This activity promotes letter recognition as children identify and match the letters they build with the cards. It also reinforces phonics by encouraging children to say the letter sounds as they create the letters, connecting the visual shape of each letter to its corresponding sound.
